Debit Machine

1. Where did you find this number or these numbers, or where would a person normally see them?
I found these numbers at a local convenience store. A person would usually find them in a place where debit use for purchases is allowed.
2. Who put the numbers there?
The company who made the machines. They are usually there for the specific company (store, restaurant, etc.) using them, as well as bank companies.
3. Who are the numbers for?
The numbers are for the customers who use their debit cards to purchase things.
4. What information are the numbers supposed to be giving?
The numbers are there to allow the person to enter a different amount of information in regards to their purchase and debit card (i.e. pin numbers, tip %, etc.)
5. Are the numbers accurate? Do they tell the truth? Is there more information a person using them should know? How do they make you feel? 
Are the numbers being used in way that is specific to place or information or the people who will be using them?
Yes, I would say the numbers are accurate as they are just numerical values 0-9 and F1, F2 and F3.

Treadmill

1. Where did you find this number or these numbers, or where would a person normally see them?
I found these numbers on a treadmill in my gym. A person would usually find these numbers on certain gym (cardio) equipment such as a treadmill, elliptical, cycle, etc.
2. Who put the numbers there?
The company who made the machine put some of the numbers there, but provided screens to view your own numbers that you enter, which results in a different amount of numbers also being displayed.
3. Who are the numbers for?
The numbers are for people who use cardio equipment for various reasons.
4. What information are the numbers supposed to be giving?
The numbers tell a person a variety of things. They allow a person to personalize their workout to their liking and monitor what changes they’ve made. It also tells the person using the machine tracked information of their workout.
5. Are the numbers accurate? Do they tell the truth? Is there more information a person using them should know? How do they make you feel? 
Are the numbers being used in way that is specific to place or information or the people who will be using them?
I would say that they are accurate as they are a form of recording personal stats and keeping track of a persons results for whatever reason whether it be health, lifestyle, leisure, etc.

Lottery Ticket

I found these numbers on a lottery ticket I saw in my home. A person would usually find them on any lottery ticket or similar in style game.

Nutrition Label


1. Where did you find this number or these numbers, or where would a person normally see them?
I found these numbers on a Dr. Pepper drink I was having for lunch under the Nutrition Facts. A person would usually find them on pretty much any food item.
2. Who put the numbers there?
The Government is regulated to put these numbers on most foods for consumers.
3. Who are the numbers for?
The numbers are for pretty much anyone who chooses to consume or review any food product
4. What information are the numbers supposed to be giving?
The numbers are supposed to tell consumers a variety of information such as nutrition info (calories, fat, sodium, etc) and the amount of product in either total or serving size.
5. Are the numbers accurate? Do they tell the truth? Is there more information a person using them should know? How do they make you feel? 
Are the numbers being used in way that is specific to place or information or the people who will be using them?
I would say that they are accurate as they are put there by the government for consumers to regulate their health, nutrition and overall wellness.

Gas Station

1. Where did you find this number or these numbers, or where would a person normally see them?
I found these numbers at a local gas station. A person would usually find them at pretty much any gas station.
2. Who put the numbers there?
The gas companies put the numbers there and change them as gas prices change.
3. Who are the numbers for?
The numbers are for consumers who use transportation that requires gas to run it.
4. What information are the numbers supposed to be giving?
The numbers tell consumers how much gas currently is (per litre here) for both regular fuel and diesel.
5. Are the numbers accurate? Do they tell the truth? Is there more information a person using them should know? How do they make you feel? 
Are the numbers being used in way that is specific to place or information or the people who will be using them?
I would say that they are accurate for that specific station as a lot of stations have prices that vary, but their prices are usually in the same range.
